E&J has been servicing my cars for the better part of 20 years. Their honesty cannot be beat. John has always been upfront about what services are needed and what the cost will be. He explains the work that needs to be done and is never condescending. Their customer service is excellent which, in this day and age, is totally refreshing!! I cannot recommend them enough!

Loved the new shop. Previously my car has been going to the dealer now since there is no warranty we will using EJ. Our daughter has been using EJ for years. We feel we can trust John to do only the work that is needed to be done.

I had a very good experience at the shop, my car was making a noise almost every time I would apply the brakes but I knew it was not the brakes. I also had an oil change, tire rotation and front brakes fixed along with debris cleaned off of the shoes. I was not forced to buy any services or parts for no reason. This is a relief since I work in fleet management and know that shops push a lot of things you do not need. I would definitely recommend customers to change to this shop as they are very thorough including photos of everything with a description to my email. Thanks again!

My AC was fixed with seals rather than having it completely replaced like another shop said we would have to do. So I'm happy!
