I started coming here a little over 4 years ago when I got my car and they have been the only place I go for my vehicle and I must say I love the work and communication provided by them every single time . I have my family coming here as well . Thank you all so much for everything . From oil change to brakes to leakage to tire rotation and many more .

Summer of 2019 Problem - Motor blower- AC/Heat needed to be completely replaced and my oil tank needed to be fixed/replaced due to a crack in the oil tank/tray. So I researched to find a mechanic close to home that is also family owned x 2 weeks before picking. As polite and amazing as the staff are. My oil tank was properly fixed but my AC/Heat were not resolved. I ended up with only heat functioning after day 1 of the motor blower being replaced. AC was blowing the temp of the air outside. Also the settings only work on high. The mechanic asked me why the AC/Heat only works on the high setting. I thought that was odd. After spending almost a grand for this to be fixed onwon topstop of a very busy work schedule. I lost Complete trust in the company even though they encouraged me to bring my car back on my next day off so they can recheck to resolve the issue. If someone spends almost $1k and the issue was not resolved the first time. Why would I want to return? The staff are very professional and very polite but my car should have been fixed the first time. They even sent a courtesy email with pictures on what needs to also be fixed and the maintenance needed to be done on my car. In retrospect I could have given them a second chance to fix the issue but with my schedule. I didn't want to take away one of my free days to drop my car off at a mechanic to risk yet another disappointing experience. I regret to inform the company with a written review versus further DM communication however sometimes which is very rare for me. I have to write a review. God Bless everyone and hopefully you all have better experiences than myself with E&J Auto Service company. They are a great team regardless of my experience. ✌🏽
