E &J is honestly the best auto repair shop in Chicago , as a woman is nice to know that there is a shop that won’t take advantage of you and is honest and straightforward. My favorite part of this experience was the detailed multi point inspection (digital) that was done to my car along with pictures of the recommended repairs.

Did a proper diagnosis of the issue and performed service to resolve it. Courteous, efficient, timely. Highly satisfied with outcome and felt that the charges involved were fairly applied. I will definitely utilize this well established business for future needs.

Went in to get my AC checked out since it wasn’t blowing cold air. Left it there when they opened and got a call back from Alex telling me what was the issues and what needed to get replaced. Upon getting my car back I’m when I arrived Alex showed me the actual parts that were replacer. Got documentation as well as in what was replaced and done.AC is blowing super cold now. Definitely recommend coming here and will be coming again in the future.
