John is a knowledgeable guy who knows cars inside out. He knew exactly how to handle my car's transmission fluid exchange especially since newer cars have a different system to it. He explained me, how he was going to do it, quoted me an upfront no-hidden fees price, offered to do it right away and made me feel like a family. His wife Kathleen is a gem of a person and is very amiable to speak to. She knows how to take care of her customers. During my two hours there, John knew all his customers by their name.
