Service is always friendly and as quick as possible. What needs to be done is always clarified.

E&J looks at the entire car when I bring it in. If they find something of which I was not aware I get a phone call to discuss the seriousness of the potential repair; how much it would cost; and whether or not I want it done.

My uncle is head of one of the largest service centers in my hometown. We recently purchased our home in Portage Park and so thankful to have found this service center. The owner and his manager are so professional and the work done is excellent. We will return for many years.
