I had a trusted mechanic but moved. I got locked out of my car outside of E and J. They came out to help me as soon as the mechanic had a second. Because of their kindness I gave them a try when I needed my oil changed. They take pictures and tell you if they find anything wrong. They are kind and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Alex, he is awesome. I highly recommend E and J.

I asked to replace the transmission fluid with a filter and gasket. I repeated several times that it is necessary to remove the AT pan and replace the filter. In the end, they did nothing as I asked. When I did ATF flush next time, the gasket was like a plastic, so nobody even touch the pan many years.
