Chicago Auto Repair

Great staff! Very responsive to my needs, and the work was done very efficiently! Plus I walked out with a 3 year warranty.

Became the only mechanics in Chicago I trust. Extremely honest and good people.

My long time mechanic retired unexpectedly and I had to find a new mechanic quick. E&J is local, the ratings are great and the shop is very clean and professional. I have been dealing with Alex from the start now and Alex is friendly, helpful and above all he is knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I have found the prices to be reasonable and the work exceptional. So if you are looking for a mechanic like I was do yourself a favor and give Alex and E&J a shot because he will not disappoint.

Charged several hundred dollars for small evap leak fix that came back a month after emission test. Found problem myself and fixed properly for $20 in parts prior to latest test. Got scamazzed

These people are the kindest, most honest and efficient people to do business with. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years and they have been consistently outstanding.

Great service, fairly priced. Will be my go to mechanic for the foreseeable future.
