Having just had a disaster of an experience with a Mechanic Who Shall Not Be Named, E&J absolutely made my month. They're super friendly, straightforward, and won't upsell, overcharge, or fast-talk you. (Looking at you, MWSNBN.) My car was in and out in a day despite a whole lot of stuff that needed doing, and Alex helped me determine what was urgent vs. what I could wait on, so that I could keep my wallet from combusting.
