I have been dealing with Alex from the start now and Alex is friendly, helpful and above all he is knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Charged several hundred dollars for small evap leak fix that came back a month after emission test. Found problem myself and fixed properly for $20 in parts prior to latest test. Got scamazzed
