Very professional and courteous

My truck was done in a timely manner, other issues that needed to be addressed they put it down on paper as to remind me to get prepare me that those things will be something to fix in the next visit to make my car in good running condition.

Facility was super clean, the waiting area is a huge improvement over the old shop. The price was fair for the work done. I had to return the car to the shop the next day because my problem wasn't fixed (slow leak in the tire). No charge for the second visit (which was nice, though expected).

I have used E & J for about 4 years for my Land Rover, ,Last year I bought a 2001 Jaguar XK8 conv, John keeps these cars running great ! Engin work,transmission tiures brakes. The prices are a third of what I would pay at a dealer and his work is the very best.

Did successfully what two other attempts by others did not do, and the estimate for work was explained in writing with no pressure. We will return.

There was no time promised when took vehicle in. Other than that they took care and pointed out with pictures thing that needed attention.
