Drop off overnight was very easy and secure, was called promptly and given full explanation of what was needed right away and what could wait. Easy to pay over the phone and loved the thorough description of what was done, including before/after pics. Very thorough and comparable prices to other shops. Will be back again.

A part installed went bad after one day , alex made sure part was replaced and tested before delivery, gave a free oil change for inconvenience. Called to check on car a couple of days later.

I've been bringing our vehicles to this shop for at least the last fifteen years. Back then John senior was still running things at the old location on Addison & Long. They've always been very honest and do excellent work. They always call you and keep you updated with what's going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend them.
