A part installed went bad after one day , alex made sure part was replaced and tested before delivery, gave a free oil change for inconvenience. Called to check on car a couple of days later.

Great customer service.. Explained everything that needed to be done. Gave me different options for it to be cost effective and they were able to take me same day without an appointment.. Highly recommend E&J auto.

I've been bringing our vehicles to this shop for at least the last fifteen years. Back then John senior was still running things at the old location on Addison & Long. They've always been very honest and do excellent work. They always call you and keep you updated with what's going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend them.
