Hi! I sent my vehicle in for brakes, but ended up buying 4 tires, a battery and a hose clamp for $1349. No hose was installed, but a clamp was replaced and I was charged $177. Never had a choice of tires, but they chose Fusion Tires that retail for$79 each. Mine cost me $595. $117 to throw my old tires away. I have been taken advantage of, used and ripped off with a smile. Collecting all my E and J receipts for work done on my other vehicle. I have to hire a mechanic just to verify your past work. Never again.

I honestly can't believe I had to leave work early or the following next day go into work late, because they needed me to drive my car around with Oscar to diagnose the issue when they had all morning and afternoon to diagnose the problem. I'm driving with Oscar he tells me he didn't do any inspections he did go under the car. Ridiculous . I made appt on Friday for Monday another waste of time when they honestly don't have that many cars. Just a big waste of time. biggest joke after not wanting this to be costly mistake and not wasting any more time at this place Alex calls me and says I KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. No thanks..don't believe 4.9 reviews

Very bad service. Alex has a bad and horrible attitude. My grandma took her Honda in to check on a noise that she was hearing in her car. Alex spent the whole day just taking her car on a test drive. Oscar Wasted our gas just driving our car around portage park. I went in several times to get an update on her car but it seemed that Oscar and Alex were getting mad every time I went. Alex and Oscar had a very bad attitude every time i went in to get an update. Very ghetto and unprofessional. After all of this he then Oscar to drive around with my grandma once again this was pointless. Oscar admitted to my grandma that they drove her car all day to test drive it and said no noise was found. They should have lifted the car up and checked to see what the issue was. AFTER ALL OF THIS Oscar has the audacity to call my grandma and argue with her claiming he knows what the issue is!! Im all Like bro if you know what the issue is then why waste her day. Absolutely pitiful to this to a senior. I will be contacting the business department of Illinois to place a claim and report on this unprofessional business.
