Very bad service. Alex has a bad and horrible attitude. My grandma took her Honda in to check on a noise that she was hearing in her car. Alex spent the whole day just taking her car on a test drive. Oscar Wasted our gas just driving our car around portage park. I went in several times to get an update on her car but it seemed that Oscar and Alex were getting mad every time I went. Alex and Oscar had a very bad attitude every time i went in to get an update. Very ghetto and unprofessional. After all of this he then Oscar to drive around with my grandma once again this was pointless. Oscar admitted to my grandma that they drove her car all day to test drive it and said no noise was found. They should have lifted the car up and checked to see what the issue was. AFTER ALL OF THIS Alex has the audacity to call my grandma and argue with her claiming he knows what the issue is!! Im all Like bro if you know what the issue is then why waste her day. Absolutely pitiful to this to a senior. I will be contacting the business department of Illinois to place a claim and report on this unprofessional business.

E & J was great. Had a major concern about the car and they figured the problem out with paying a fortune. Alex was great and explained everything in detail and answered every question I had. E & J is my place from now on.

Having just had a disaster of an experience with a Mechanic Who Shall Not Be Named, E&J absolutely made my month. They're super friendly, straightforward, and won't upsell, overcharge, or fast-talk you. (Looking at you, MWSNBN.) My car was in and out in a day despite a whole lot of stuff that needed doing, and Alex helped me determine what was urgent vs. what I could wait on, so that I could keep my wallet from combusting. I'll definitely be back. Big thanks from me and my 10-year-old Honda Fit!
