My electric car stopped charging. Brought it in and the staff worked hard to root cause the issue. They even contacted the manufacturer to find out there was a software issue. They worked with the GM technicians to get a firmware upgrade. They made sure my car was able to fully charge afterwards. John was very friendly and professional about the whole process and kept me informed each step of the way.
