Very busy, the wait was at least 1.5 weeks for an oil change. Their software also doesn’t remind you of your appointment.

Tom, I'm really sorry that you missed your appointment and when you came in the next day we already had jobs that we where working on. My software shows me that we sent you a text to remind you of your appointment. Could be since you have never been here before that we have the wrong cell phone number and we don't have your email address.

I get extremely nervous about taking my car to anywhere new, but my regular shop doesn't do smoke testing for evap leaks and that's beyond the scope of what I feel comfortable doing myself, so I had no choice to look elsewhere. I swear to God, my car is the most temperamental princess you've ever met--it has a mind of its own and gets grumpy when I let anyone touch it but me. I picked this shop for the great reviews and prayed my car would behave. The repair cost a bit more than I expected based on the cost of the part, but I needed it done and didn't want to shop around so gave the green light for the repair and change spark plugs while they were at it (I was feeling lazy). I deleted a whole paragraph on how my car threw a fit, not necessary to review but yes of course it did NOT behave and ended up having to get towed back to the shop the next morning which the owner arranged for me when I called! Ideally I was praying I wouldn't be charged extra since my car clearly was acting up because of the tuneup, but practically I know there was extra time put into the car, plus a tow, and everyone deserves to get paid for their time. To my relief, when I picked up the car for the final time, no extra charge, just apologies for keeping the car overnight and an explanation of what they did to get her to quit having a fit 😂 You can tell from interacting with the mechanics, the service advisor and the owner that they genuinely care about their work and are committed to making things right when something goes wrong. That's a gem these days. They're also partnered with RepairPal so if you know what needs to get done, you can get a quote online and request that specific repair through them for a fair price! Will definitely be recommending them to my clients and family!
