I actually took my car in twice. The first time the work was done far better than I expected. When I got my invoice, Alex was sure to add the fact that more work would need to be done. When I had to take my vehicle back for those repairs, I was at ease because I knew they would take care of my vehicle. I've had my truck for almost 7 years, never drove him out of town but I just got back from Virginia this morning, we drove through that blizzard. I could cry right now. I'm filled with so much joy. These guys were able to do what my dealership failed to do in 6+ years, which is take care of my investment so that it takes care of me. The work performed was of great quality and very affordable! I will never trust anyone else with the care of my cars, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! He (my truck) handled that 2100 mile drive through the Eastern States like a champ and I'm elated. I was given information on routine maintenance required and tips on upkeep to enhance my vehicles performance for years to come. Alex was awesome.
