Got a flat tire on Irving and narragansett and found out my donut was good for nothing . It was -20 degrees. Drastic times call for drastic measures, so I took the wheel off and walked to E & j , and asked if they could fix the tire , the kid behind the counter says "we don't do that ". Really ? HORRIBLE SERVICE .

Dhavok, I'm so sorry to here this happened to you and extremely confused because we don't have kids working here and we fix tires all the time. I really wanted to get to the bottom of this and find out what happened and who you could have possible spoken to. So I spent all night reviewing both our interior and exterior surveillance cameras. I can honestly tell you with 100% confidence that no one in the last two days came into our shop with a tire that was not attached to a vehicle. I would have been our pleasure to help you out and fix your tire. If you could be so kind as to confirm this, the next time you a driving down Irving Park Rd. Even on the coldest day of 2019 E & J was open to service my car. I am always happy and satisfied with the great service that I get from them. I have been going to them for years even before they moved to this location. A must place to go to for all your service needs

I blew out a tire on my way to work and was towed to the closest tire shop since my regular shop was too far. I was expecting the worst due to my situation and because I've used the same shop for 15 years. The service here far exceeded my expectations! The pricing was fair and exactly what they said it'd be. They were also upfront about how long everything would take and were spot on. The service was exemplary and they have texts that keep you updated every step in the process. I would definitely return and recommend to others.
