I actually took my car in twice. The first time the work was done far better than I expected. When I got my invoice, Alex was sure to add the fact that more work would need to be done. When I had to take my vehicle back for those repairs, I was at ease because I knew they would take care of my vehicle. I've had my truck for almost 7 years, never drove him out of town but I just got back from Virginia this morning, we drove through that blizzard. I could cry right now. I'm filled with so much joy. These guys were able to do what my dealership failed to do in 6+ years, which is take care of my investment so that it takes care of me. The work performed was of great quality and very affordable! I will never trust anyone else with the care of my cars, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! He (my truck) handled that 2100 mile drive through the Eastern States like a champ and I'm elated. If there's work needing to be done on your vehicle(s), these are your guys. I was given information on routine maintenance required and tips on upkeep to enhance my vehicles performance for years to come. Alex was awesome. They performed a quality inspection of my truck, and I always feel as though they are really looking for me and my truck, to make sure it is running its best, and not looking to just charge me wherever they can. Saving my money is important to them as well as me.

Auto shop is clean, nice waiting area, owner on site. Honest about repairs ....what's needed and what can wait. Prices are reasonable and wait time was minimal. Going to continue going here.

E & J Auto did a full inspection of my 2004 Honda Accord. Since I was on a tight budget, they developed a list of repairs that were needed organized by need and road safety. I have since been able to fully support the repairs to my older car. E & J did an excellent job by being clear and realistic about needed repairs and were very easy to work with and schedule around. They have high standards about using original parts for durability and were very open about their pricing structure. I received updates by texts as I had requested about repairs. I’ve been going to E&J for over 10 years. As an older woman I have complete confidence in John and his crew. You’ll never find another auto repair shop as honest ,competent, and professional as this. They even follow up with emails with complete information on what was done and text messages to see if everything is okay.
